Refund Policy

All payments made to RunnerX LLP are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except where expressly provided under the Full Marathon Eligibility Verification & Refund Policy below.

Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation due to force majeure, except for an unverified or rejected Full Marathon application as specifically provided under the Full Marathon Eligibility Verification & Refund Policy.

If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Registration fees for any Event, whether on-ground or virtual, once paid, shall be final and shall not be cancelled, refunded, adjusted, credited, transferred, substituted, or carried forward to any other event, category, participant, or future date under any circumstances whatsoever, except where expressly permitted under the Full Marathon Eligibility Verification & Refund Policy.

No refund shall be provided in case of non-participation, inability to attend, or voluntary cancellation by the participant for any reason whatsoever.

This clause shall not affect the limited refund applicable to an unverified or rejected Full Marathon application before confirmation.

Full Marathon registration shall remain provisional until the participant’s qualifying race details are successfully verified in accordance with the Full Marathon Eligibility Policy.

If a participant fails to satisfy or verify the Full Marathon eligibility requirements, the participant may:

a) move to another eligible race category, subject to availability; or

b) request a refund of the Full Marathon registration fee after deduction of a ₹200 processing fee.

No processing fee shall be deducted if the rejection is caused by an error, technical issue, or omission attributable to RunnerX LLP.

If a participant submits false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent information, RunnerX LLP may cancel the registration and withhold the refund, subject to applicable law.

Once Full Marathon eligibility has been verified and the registration is confirmed, the registration fee shall become non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund shall be provided for voluntary cancellation, non-participation, inability to attend, or failure to complete the race.

Any purchases made through the user dashboard, including but not limited to custom bib numbers, VIP bibs, upgrades, add-ons, or any other services, are final and non-refundable.

Payments made for bulk registrations or purchase of coupon codes are non-refundable. Coupon codes are valid only for the specific Event for which they are issued and must be used within the applicable registration period, failing which they shall expire without any refund or compensation.

Any donation or contribution made is voluntary and non-refundable. RunnerX LLP acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for the utilisation of such funds.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the Event due to any reason, including force majeure circumstances, no refund shall be provided, except where expressly required by applicable law or specifically provided under the Full Marathon Eligibility Verification & Refund Policy.

Any duplicate payment or technical error resulting in excess payment may be reviewed and resolved at the sole discretion of RunnerX LLP.

All decisions of RunnerX LLP regarding refunds shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law and the specific Full Marathon Eligibility Verification & Refund Policy stated above.
